Texas has a long history of commitment to civil liberties, private property rights, and limited government. With your help, we can continue to operate our business and protect those basic personal rights we hold dear.

Currently, there a number of local and state efforts to ban smoking in public places and businesses, including in bars and taverns. These invasive proposals would have a tremendous impact on personal rights and private businesses across the state.
