State and Local Smoking Bans.

Currently, My Rights Texas is focused on protecting the rights of individuals and bar and tavern owners from invasive, mandated smoking bans. 

In addition to a violation of private and personal freedoms, smoking bans have a tremendous negative economic impact - and not just on bar and tavern owners, but vendors such as AMOT members.

Measures to ban smoking in private bars and taverns are draconian and dictatorial toward individuals and business owners across the state.
